I’ll be honest: part of my experience started off awkwardly before the actual interview even really began.

There was a lot of unsolicited outreach and frantic follow-ups that felt off, including messages that didn’t sound natural, and the whole thing had an unsettling vibe.

Eventually I did reach an interview stage, but the early communication itself left a bad taste. When I finally got to an interview conversation, it wasn’t so much the technical depth that stood out—it was how strange the lead-up had been and how disruptive the process felt overall. Even after the interview step, I was left feeling like something about the process wasn’t properly handled.
