Nisum Software Engineer interview experience

Got offer

HardHyderābādPosted Oct 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through two technical interview rounds followed by an HR round.

The overall timeline stretched to about three weeks from start to finish, which made the process feel drawn out compared with faster cycles.

The technical parts were tough enough that the entire experience landed in the difficult category for me, and the HR step came after the technical evaluation had already narrowed things down. I didn’t get an offer. What stood out most was the long wait in between, because even with a clear sequence of technical then HR, the time between steps made it hard to stay anchored.
