Nisum Software Engineer interview experience

The questions were largely technical, and I spent most of that time walking through what I’d built and how it worked.

A second round followed with more of a behavioral/attitude focus. This time the discussion anchored heavily on my individual contributions to each project—how I approached work, what I owned, and how I handled specifics. The difficulty felt like a moderate step up from pure Q&A, but it still wasn’t overwhelming. I didn’t receive an offer, but the structure was clear and centered on both technical knowledge and fit.
