NIKE Marketing Analytics Specialist interview experience

What stood out most was how executive the later stages felt, since I wasn’t just speaking with teammates—it got broader and more senior quickly after the self-recorded round. The whole flow stayed organized from step to step, but it also felt like it was designed to evaluate how I communicated and how I handled the conversations beyond the initial screen. By the time I reached the executive interviews, it had shifted from “prove you’re a fit” to “show you can operate at this level.”
