I had a very SQL-heavy interview that focused on user-session style thinking.

The format was a mix of three SQL questions and a single Python question that was related to click rate and session start/end time.

For the SQL, the core idea revolved around defining a user session as a span of uninterrupted activity, and then computing session durations—like calculating each user’s average session time using the time difference between page_load and page_exit.

The Python portion fit the same theme, tying behavioral metrics back to session boundaries and rate calculations. The difficulty felt average overall, and I didn’t receive an offer.
