I went through two rounds: an HR interview and then a conversation with a senior director.

The format was straightforward and the tone felt fairly positive—I walked away thinking the HR chat and the later discussion went really well.

Even though I felt good after the second round, I still received a rejection letter. What surprised me most was that it contradicted what I’d been told; I’d been prepared for my next steps and even told they would expedite the next round. In the end, the process left me feeling confused more than anything, because the outcome didn’t match the impression I took from the interviews.
