I applied and was invited to an interview, but the assessment step felt disorganized.

I wasn’t told when I needed to complete the task they sent, and it was in Polish, which added extra friction since I had to translate parts of it to even proceed.

On top of that, the role I applied for had been offered as a three-month contract, which made the whole situation feel a bit unstable. I emailed HR mid-process asking if I could submit the assessment the next working day, and the reply I got was rude and basically told me the role had already been taken—even though I was in the middle of the stages.

The outcome wasn’t just a rejection; it felt like I’d been pushed out abruptly.
