Nielsen Software Engineer interview experience

I had two rounds of interviewing: first a bar-raiser style round and then a technical round with a director. I moved through both and felt like I was explaining things clearly, but after the documents step they came back and told me they weren’t moving forward.

It was honestly deflating because the timeline felt like it should have ended earlier once the decision was made. I spent time preparing and going through the full interview loop only to get a rejection at the very end, and it left me with a sour impression of the process and how HR handled communication.
