PunePosted Oct 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After my interview, I didn’t get any proper follow-up response.

When I called for an update, I was told things were positive, but there still wasn’t any communication afterward.

Eventually, I received a sudden email that they were moving forward with other candidates. It felt like the process lacked transparency, and I was also left with the impression that the interview style wasn’t fully consistent.

I wasn’t offered the role, and the aftermath—especially the suddenness of the final message—was what made the experience feel unfair.
