I started with a recruiter-style call where I talked with a director of WFM Product.

The conversation was mostly about my background and where I’d worked, plus some expectations around the Nice WFM product—nothing felt deeply technical. After that call, I waited about a week and then did an HR round focused on my background and professional details, including salary.

A week later I received an offer letter with a joining bonus. The overall process felt smooth and the offer came quickly, and I remember being impressed by the work environment and benefits like allowances and free cab facilities.
