For the Software Engineer role, the process I saw was difficult mainly because the online test felt harsh and poorly executed under tight timing.

Online test — A timed session with negative marking where I needed to solve two problems in about 30 minutes; it covered analytical/aptitude, core Java, Spring, data structures, and puzzles.
Follow-up — I attempted to address issues with the platform/editor to HR, but didn’t get a meaningful resolution. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the key takeaway was that scoring penalties and unreliable tooling made it hard to perform fairly.
