I went through a mostly test-and-interview process for the Software Engineer role, with no coding round, and it felt moderately tough over a short timeline.

Aptitude test — A scheduled aptitude exam (computer fundamentals, quant, verbal) with negative marking; during the Zoom test I had to explain my thinking.
Technical interview — An in-depth discussion tied to what I did in the OOP/Java-style assessment, focusing on explaining my approach.
HR interview — Standard fit and background conversation. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the main difficulty was the negative-marked aptitude/OOP style testing rather than algorithmic coding.
