Bogotá, BogotaPosted Mar 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a very call-heavy process before I ever saw an offer.

First I had a call to discuss my background, then a second call focused on my technical skills and work experience. After that, there was a third call with the manager for the team I would join.

Once those conversations were done, I received the money offer and then started a longer training period. Overall it felt like the company moved through fit and role alignment early, and the path to an offer depended on those consecutive calls.
