NextEra Energy, Inc. Software Engineer interview experience

The conversations felt fairly straightforward and almost checklist-like. We talked about what I knew about the company, why I wanted to work there, and what I could bring that other engineers wouldn’t. They also asked me to list a few achievements and even touched on how I’d handle customers.

After I answered everything, the tone stayed positive. They told me I’d hear back from HR in November, and the whole thing came across as a normal first pass rather than anything technical or stressful.
