Newgen Software Software Engineer interview experience

I had an OA first, and then I went through a debugging round that happened on campus after a pre-placement talk. After that, there were two separate technical rounds conducted at the campus as well.

Because there were so many stages—OA, then debugging, then two technical interviews—the whole timeline felt heavy even though each segment tested a different dimension. I didn’t get the offer, but the experience made it clear that the bar wasn’t just about coding knowledge; it also included debugging performance under the campus setting.
