I went through a campus recruitment process in late 2022 that didn’t end with a selection.

The steps included an OA stage, then a psychological test, and a video technical round where I got pattern printing questions and JavaScript basics.

After that, there was an HR stage focused on campus technical themes like pattern printing and JavaScript basics again. By the time the technical portion concluded, I was rejected.

The whole thing felt like a standard campus funnel with a clear theme—basic patterns and scripting fundamentals. What disappointed me was that the process returned feedback only after the technical rounds, and I never felt like there was room to course-correct.
