The overall experience left me with the sense that the pitch was more about quickly getting me into sales conversations than about how the job would actually work day to day.

What stuck with me most was how the expectations were framed around selling to people I already knew. The messaging downplayed the importance of leads and instead pushed me to rely on my own network, which felt at odds with what I’d assumed the role would emphasize. I also walked away feeling like the promises were inflated for how much was actually covered or how quickly they expected results.
