My interview was more relaxed than most.

The whole thing felt like a lightweight hardware assignment rather than a high-stakes technical gauntlet. Instead of a complex coding test, I was asked to analyze a loan using a spreadsheet and explain what I found.

The interviewers’ demeanor made it feel easygoing, and the technical challenge itself was not too hard. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but at least the process felt friendly and low-pressure.
