Neudesic Cloud Engineer interview experience

No offer

Hard

Negative

New York, NYPosted May 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The first part of my interview was behavioral, framed around understanding their culture and the way they work.

After that, the technical portion felt deliberately difficult in its structure—more like a sequence of negative-style questions meant to filter me out for issues that weren’t even clearly tied to the job description.

The difficulty wasn’t just in the technical depth; it was in how the questioning was set up to keep introducing problems rather than exploring whether I could solve the actual work-related tasks.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. Even though they were trying to screen for something specific, the overall tone made the technical interview feel adversarial rather than constructive.
