Network Rail Software Engineer interview experience

London, EnglandPosted Mar 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The interview itself didn’t feel like it ended with any meaningful feedback.

I was told the process would just run and that I’d receive the result, but afterward I only got a message saying I wasn’t selected at the last stage.

There wasn’t any explanation of what went wrong or what I should have done differently, which made the whole conclusion feel abrupt. It left me with more uncertainty than closure.

In the end, there was no offer, and what I remember most clearly was the lack of any feedback at all.
