Two people on the team interviewed me, and the questions covered both work experience and HR-related topics.

Before getting deep into prompts, they explained what the role entailed, which helped me understand the frame they were evaluating me within.

The tone made me feel welcomed and relaxed, and the interview lasted about 45 minutes. It felt like a proper introduction to both the job and my fit for it.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience itself felt comfortable and respectful, largely because of how they set the context at the beginning.
