The first thing I did was a short puzzle-like warmup—a simple cipher—before anything else.

From there, I went into more conventional screening: a personal conversation about the company and how they worked, and then a behavioral profiling step using an online test.

After that, I went through an assessment-center style day. I delivered a short presentation in English, then I helped design an entity relationship diagram in a team setting. There was also a lunch break and small talk with employees, followed by a simple problem analysis exercise. The technical portion then felt much more serious: I implemented two more complex algorithms in Java using only a basic text editor.
