Netsmart Technologies Software Engineer interview experience

I had to clear 16 of the questions to move forward.

After the test, I went into the normal interview process. The structure made it feel like they were using the test to filter quickly before spending time in deeper conversations.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but at least the process was clear in how they screened for fit—first by the test, then by the interview.
