My process began with a one-hour technical interview over phone/remote coding.

It didn’t feel supportive at all: the interviewer didn’t really offer hints, and during the session they ended up taking another call while we were actively interviewing.

That combination made the whole round feel careless and low-engagement, and honestly it threw off my ability to perform because I wasn’t sure what kind of help or interaction they intended. I walked away feeling like they weren’t invested in following a respectful interview flow.

I didn’t get an offer, and the main reflection I had afterward was that the lack of guidance and the interruptions made the experience much worse
