Netflix Software Engineer interview experience

They asked a question on screen and had me solve it while sharing my screen, so it was clear they wanted to see the full process rather than just the final answer.

Most of the time was spent on a single problem. I did get an opportunity to ask questions at the end, but the main vibe was definitely: concentrate, solve, and talk through your thinking while you work.

I left feeling like it was fairly casual in tone, but the compression of time into one main problem made it feel difficult to recover if I lost momentum. I ended up not moving forward.
