California, PAPosted Feb 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a coding question with an engineer first, and it was framed as a LeetCode medium problem.

After that, I went through a full on-site that felt like general conversation with managers for two rounds.

The on-site also included a system design round and another coding question. Overall, the interview process didn’t feel especially tough to me, but it did make culture values part of the evaluation, so that piece mattered.

I was denied after the on-site. The hard part wasn’t the technical challenge as much as making sure I matched how they wanted me to represent the company values.
