I started with an initial phone screener, then moved into an average LeetCode-style technical screen.

After that, I completed a take-home coding exercise and then had a review session to go over it.

From there, the evaluation expanded beyond pure engineering: I had a conversation with a manager for culture fit, then additional talks with a product manager, a skip-level, and HR. It felt like a longer loop that combined technical work with how I thought and how I aligned with their broader expectations.

I ended up getting an offer, and overall it felt like a complete, end-to-end evaluation rather than a quick technical screening.
