Los Angeles, CAPosted Jan 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with two online assessments: one general coding test and one AI-assisted assessment.

After clearing those, I went into a 60-minute technical interview where I got a LeetCode-style array question related to Netflix.

Then I had a system design interview for a password reset system. That one ran for another 60 minutes, followed by a final HR round that lasted about 45 minutes.

The whole loop felt structured and not overly drawn out, and I ended up getting an offer. My main takeaway was how straightforward the format was compared with how I expected it to feel going in.
