Netflix Software Engineer interview experience

After those two technical rounds, I had a system design interview, then a behavioral interview.

The behavioral discussion was set for about 45 minutes with a senior manager, which made it feel like a deeper culture and role-alignment check rather than a quick chat.

I didn’t get an offer, but the structure felt organized and mapped cleanly to the skills they likely cared about most.
