Los Gatos, CAPosted Apr 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I found the process difficult but fair, and the feedback loop felt mostly collaborative.

The vibe suggested they were specifically looking for someone with more streaming experience, and I didn’t have the level they wanted.

Even though I didn’t fit that requirement, the people I spoke with were friendly and worked in a way that felt like they were trying to understand my background rather than run me through traps. I came away hoping I’d get another chance on a different team once I had more streaming experience under my belt.
