Netflix Software Engineer interview experience

The recruiter themselves didn’t give much context beyond that—there wasn’t a lot of detail on what to expect from the interview path or how the remaining steps would work.

Because of that, my experience felt more like a quick status check than a full evaluation. I didn’t end up getting an offer.

What lingered was the lack of context: even though the call itself wasn’t unpleasant, it was hard to understand where I fit once they mentioned another candidate was already advanced.
