Netflix Software Engineer interview experience

I went through a process where they asked for credentials and details about prior experience relevant to the position I applied for. After that, they brought up my preferred starting salary, and that negotiation point seemed to line up with moving forward.

I ultimately got the job directly from that interview. The overall feel was positive and low friction—enough that it made the process seem easy to recommend.

I left feeling like the steps were clearly handled and that expectations stayed aligned right through the decision.
