Los Angeles, CAPosted May 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After I applied, the recruiter reached out about a day later and was pretty helpful throughout.

We did the recruiter call the same week, and they set up the next conversation afterward. The overall process felt like it could’ve been smoother on the back end: it took over a week to hear anything, and even after the initial interview there was a noticeable lag before scheduling and updates.

I ultimately didn’t move forward, so there was no offer at the end. What stuck with me most was that, even with friendly people on the call, the communication rhythm wasn’t as tight as I expected from a company like Netflix.
