Los Gatos, CAPosted Jun 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with a manager phone screen, and then I did an additional phone screen before moving into what they called onsite interviews.

Those onsite interviews happened remotely over two days, which surprised me in how compact it felt given the importance of the rounds.

Across the two days, the interviews were both technical and behavioral. The last step was meeting the team, which added a more human feel to the process after all the structured rounds.

I ended up getting an offer. The overall rhythm felt organized and the remote setup didn’t reduce how seriously the interviews were treated.
