Netflix Program Manager interview experience

I wasn’t expecting it to stay as contained as it did in time, because a part of me thought it would turn into a longer session. What the interviewer contributed that I didn’t anticipate was insight into how the company’s culture worked, which I’d describe as kind of eclectic.

I didn’t get an offer, but the experience felt purposeful and the culture lens was more present than I expected.
