Netflix Customer Success Engineer interview experience

I had a miscommunication about scheduling, and the recruiter rescheduled to make it work. When we finally connected, the conversation felt effective at showing how I aligned with the role’s expectations, alongside the more routine screening questions.

Even though we ended a bit early, I left the call feeling fantastic about where things stood. The only downside I ran into was that it took time to get updates on the status of my application, but the actual screening conversation itself felt strong and respectful.
