After a recruiter call, I later went through a structured technical flow that ended with HR.

The first technical discussion was hands-on: they asked more around Core Java and included SQL queries, and I also ended up writing some programs. They even gave me code snippets and asked me to determine the output, which made the session feel more about careful reasoning than just recalling theory.

After the technical part, there was a manager discussion where the questions leaned logical, and I also got context about what they built and worked on at Netcracker. That part surprised me in a good way because I expected it to be purely “behavioral,” but it still felt like problem-solving.
