Netcracker Technology Cloud Engineer interview experience

I went through multiple rounds with different leadership people across technology and even sales/solutions, but there was no clear idea of how many steps would happen or what the sequence would be.

The interviews themselves were handled by sharp people and felt like they were pulling from different parts of the organization, but the process felt ad-hoc—more coordination by whoever was available than a defined pipeline. I ended up not getting an offer, and what I remember most was the uncertainty of the process more than the content of any single round.
