My experience started off with a clear technical path—written test first, then multiple interview rounds—but the way the process was managed made the whole thing feel exhausting.

I went through a written test with logical quantitative and analytical skills, then moved into rounds that included basic coding questions and OOPS concepts.

After that, the biggest issue wasn’t the difficulty—it was the process behavior. I felt like results and shortlists were handled in a very unstable way, with delays so long that outcomes showed up months later, and even then it didn’t feel like the final shortlist was certain. The schedule kept shifting, and there was a sense that top-performing people could be removed while others got new chances very close to interview time.
