NetApp Account Executive interview experience

Got offer

Hard

Negative

Washington, DCPosted Sep 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The main thing I noticed was how many people I had to speak with.

It felt excessive, and I walked away feeling like the process demanded too much information just to get reviewed. That made it hard to see it as efficient or respectful of my time.

Because of that, the experience came across as difficult mainly due to volume and friction, not because of any particular technical challenge. I didn’t get an offer, and my lasting impression was that the process needed to be simplified.
