I interviewed for a role connected to the BlueXP product, a SaaS offering from NetApp.

The loop had three rounds and a mix that included puzzles along with DSA.

The first two interviewers stood out because the interactions didn’t feel engaged; they were uninterested and asked puzzling questions that felt a bit strange compared to what I expected for the role. They also seemed to place extra weight on hyperscaler experience.

By the end, the experience felt more subjective than technical. Even when I tried to focus on the concepts, the tone of the early interviewers made the process harder to take in stride.
