Negative

Sterling Valley, NYPosted Mar 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through three rounds and still never got a clear close-out.

After spending time in the process—including a six-person panel—I expected at least a straightforward rejection. Instead, it turned into silence.

Whenever I reached out for feedback, I only got a single line reply about waiting for the hiring manager to make a decision. It had been almost two months since my last interview when I finally felt how unprofessional the communication was. The whole experience left me thinking that they couldn’t even say “no,” which honestly made the process feel not worth my time.
