My process dragged on longer than it should have.

After six interviews that took more than two months, I was told I was shortlisted, but then I basically went silent from their side. I followed up multiple times with emails and calls, but I didn’t get any response.

It left me feeling like the whole effort I put in was treated casually. Even though I’d reached the shortlist stage, there wasn’t any closure or explanation—just a lack of communication.

What stuck with me most was how unprofessional it felt. The interviews themselves may have been a good experience, but the aftermath completely undermined it.
