AustriaPosted Apr 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through several interviews with a lot of different people—six total across multiple conversations.

It started with a call from a headhunter, then I spoke with someone who was becoming my manager. After that, I had an in-person chat with a local employee.

Next came a teleconference with a remote employee focused on language skills, and finally I spoke with someone from HR. The amount of different interactions made it feel demanding, and it required me to keep my story consistent across multiple settings. Even with that extensive process, it didn’t result in an offer, but it did feel like they were building a full picture of me from different angles.
