VellorePosted Jun 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed on campus at VIT Vellore, and the whole experience felt more direct and knowledge-focused.

The interviewer came across as smart and friendly, but the role itself demanded a lot of knowledge around operating systems and networking.

There were three rounds total. The first was an aptitude round with MCQs covering quants and logical reasoning, and only 13 people cleared it. The emphasis on core systems topics made it clear they weren’t just looking for general ability—they wanted someone comfortable with the technical foundations.

I didn’t get an offer. Still, the process felt legitimate: it filtered heavily early and then aligned the evaluation with OS and networking knowledge
