Colorado Springs, COPosted Mar 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

From the time of my phone interview to the onsite visit, the process took about a month.

They didn’t mention salary upfront, and by the time the final offer arrived it was much lower than what the market average would have suggested.

On top of the compensation letdown, the process felt poorly organized, and the timeline made it easy to feel like my time was being spent without much structure. I did end up getting an offer, but the experience was still frustrating because of the gap between what they communicated early and what finally landed.
