NetApp Software Engineer interview experience

I was asked questions about what I thought of the company’s managerial style and how I could contribute effectively.

The interview experience also included a clear message about how they evaluate first impressions. I was told to keep my resume crisp and to the point, since recruiters spend only a brief amount of time initially reviewing it. Overall, it felt straightforward and not overly adversarial, and I ended up receiving an offer.
