NetApp Software Engineer interview experience

Positive

IranPosted May 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview was very on time and felt professional, and the interviewers were patient and thorough.

The process was described as a three-session flow: it was supposed to go in three parts, and if I passed the first two, I’d meet the team manager in the last interview.

The difficulty level was difficult, and overall it felt like they were trying to evaluate me carefully across multiple sessions. Even though everything was run well in terms of timing and professionalism, I didn’t end up receiving an offer.

I left with the sense that the screening was taken seriously. The most memorable part was how methodical and patient the interviewers were, even though the final result wasn’t positive.
