At the start, the experience felt disjointed and poorly coordinated.

HR didn’t return phone calls or emails, and scheduled meetings sometimes came and went without anyone showing up. I was genuinely hoping the first impression would improve, but the process stayed messy for a while.

Even with that lack of follow-through, the hiring process eventually moved forward and I did end up getting the job. I remember being surprised by the contrast—after how disorganized things felt, the actual result ended up being positive.

Later, once I started, I was excelling, which made me look back and realize the decision must’ve come from more than just the early chaos.
