NetApp Software Engineer interview experience

The questions centered on how I handled group work and tough situations—things like describing a difficult situation I’d gone through, what I would do if I couldn’t finish something on time, and why I wanted to work at NetApp.

The tone was mostly about judgment and communication, so I spent a lot of time making sure my examples were specific and that my reasoning stayed grounded. I didn’t receive an offer, but the round itself felt consistent with a role-fit screen where they cared more about how I’d operate than about any single technical topic.
